Terms of Reference
1. To study the potential possibilities for introduction of automation and telemetry in the Yerevan Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprise CJSC systems’ management process,
2. To propose an effective way for automation and telemetry introduction in YWSE technological and commercial spheres’ management processes.

 
Brief description of project and services provided

S  Basing on the YWSE technological and commercial spheres management procedures’ studies and on the analyses of their results the proposals were developed on stage-by-stage introduction of automation and telemetry and as a first step for realistic introduction it is proposed to implement a Pilot Project in the one of water supply systems – in Aparan-Yerevan system. The Pilot Project is also aimed to discover the strong and weak sides of presented proposals, to enrich the experience and gained skills and knowledge, and to apply them in the other systems.

Project objective
The studies and proposals are covering the whole complex of Yerevan water supply and wastewater systems – the chain starting from the water source up to the consumer.
